The regular promotions from AO to CAO could not take place against these 336 MT quota CAO posts since these are not diverted to the seniority quota. In view of the above, it is requested to kindly intervene n the matter so that the proposal of 50% MT quota CAO posts diversion to seniority quota takes place by de-linking it from the HR Plan of BSNL which is yet not finalized.
