You will appreciate that on 22nd May 2016 JTO LICE exam full batch of TTA Recruitment Year 2007 appeared legitimately in accordance with the Hon'ble Hyderabad and Ernakulum CAT order irrespective of cutoff date as 1st July of Vacancy Year mentioned in RR. The reason for given a provisional eligibility for all candidates of RY 2007 was that as they appeared single DR TTA exam externally, some candidates of RY- 2007 inducted into the department before July, 2008 and rest after July, 2008 due to constraints of Training centers and other administrative problems of BSNL. By considering the above facts, total candidates of RY-2007 may be considered as single unit and their demand of equal opportunity in case of carrier progression can't be ignored. We would, therefore, request you to kindly use your discretionary power and upheld the constitutional integrity by giving relaxation and publish the result for all at the earliest.
