Please refer to letter No. STE-114/Gr.A&B/2013-2014/37 dated 07.06.2013 (copy enclosed) on the above mentioned subject vide which the DOT Cell, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai has requested for the payment of Ex-gratis lumpsum compensation to the family of Shri B.C Sampat, JTO (OFC). 2. The approval of Secretary (T) is hereby conveyed for payment of x-gratis amounting to Rs. 9,85,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakh Eighty Five Thousand only) towards payment of Ex-gratia after adjusting the amount of Rs 15000/- already pad to the family of Late Sh. B.C Sampat, Ex. JTO from Welfare fund. 3. The above mentioned payment of Rs. 9,85,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakh Eighty Five Thousand only) for payment of Ex-gratia is subject to the condition that the liability of the payment of Ex-gratia to the family of Late Sh. B.C Sampat Ex. JTO shall be borne by the BSNL. 4. As regards payments of family pension at enhanced rates, proposal may be considered by BSNL as per existing rules. The Competent Authority has approved the proposal allowing the circles to get their requirement of diaries/calendars printed on need basis on following the prescribed procedures. The calendars for the year 2016 may be got printed with following specifications: a) Size of the sheets : 22"(H) X 17" (W) b) Conceptualization & Designing for No. of sheets: 6 sheets +1 fly leaf (14 pages) c) Color: Sheet - 4 color & leaf - 4 color d) Concept of Art Work and Design : Final bilingual (Hindi & English with all Gazetted and Restricted Holidays) All the creative designs will be uploaded on BSNL intranet site. Circles may, if required, download the designs from intranet for the purpose. They are also advised to make changes, where necessary, in their weekly off and RH as per regional requirement and festivals of the concerned State.
