Sanction of the Competent Authority , BSNL is hereby conveyed to extend the GPRS/3G facility under the Plan 525 on the mobile service connection, of the executives below JAG level with free data facility up to 500 MB usage per month. 2. Any data beyond the free limit will be chargeable as per existing tariff or excess data usage for the remaining period of the month may be blocked. 3. No power to be given to circle/SSA head for excess data usage in the interest of service as in the case of residential landline to prevent misuse. 4. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited , Jaipur) 2. Regarding fixation of pay on promotion for executive employees - clarification on method of fixation of pay on promotion w.r.t. 2nd Pay revision. 1. The issue of Pay fixation on promotion in respect of BSNL Executives under 2nd PRC w.e.f. 01.01.2007 was taken up with DOT for clarification. DOT vide its letter no. 61-3/2015SU dated 6.01.2016 (Copy enclosed) has clarified that the notional increment @ 3% of the existing Basic pay may be granted for fixation of pay on promotion of the Executives. 2. Further, it has been decided with the approval of competent authority that the benefit of the above pay fixation method may be given notionally w.e.f. 01.01.2007 and actually from the date of approval by DOT i.e. 06.01.2016.
