At last Com. GS thanked to all and appealed the entire Executives' for making every effort with a team spirit for making BSNL a vibrant organization. Special Guest of the Open Session, ED (NB) BSNL CO Shri Ashraf Ali Khan in his address explained the role of BSNL in Digital India Project. He informed that in India 70% population is young and the impact of Digital India is very important due to this fact. He mentioned that very soon all the services will be shifted on mobile and M-Education, M-Commerce will become a reality and BSNL is doing tremendous efforts in this direction. He stressed on the need of excellent customer care in BSNL and the aggressive marketing of its newly launched services. He mentioned that the management of BSNL is motivating its staff and definitely Government will also help BSNL for achieving the success in Digital India Plan. At last he congratulated AIBSNLEA for the grand success of the open session. The Chief Guest of the Open Session Hon'ble Governor Uttar Pradesh Shri Ram Naik in his address thanked AIBSNLEA UP (East) Circle to invite him in the grand open session with mammoth gathering of Executives'. He recalled the erstwhile time of very less tele density and expresses satisfaction with the tremendous growth of telecom services now-a-days. He mentioned that the fast speed of telecom growth is exclamatory. He informed that BSNL's Officers are playing a great role in Nation's development and it is their responsibility to explain the theme of Digital India to common people. He congratulated BSNL for becoming the foundation organization to Digital India. He stressed to provide the quality telecom services to all the people. At last he congratulated AIBSNLEA for the grand success of the open session. Com. Devesh Sharma, OS (North) AIBSNLEA CHQ extended the vote of thanks. After the Open Session, an interactive session was organized in which Com GS replied all the queries raised by the members. The entire Conference Hall was Jam Packed with mammoth gathering. At the end of the Circle Conference the elections were held for the new Circle body for the next term. Com. Phool Chand DGM (F), Com A.K. Singh SDE and Com A.K. Singh SDE (IT) were unanimously elected as Circle President, Circle Secretary and Circle Treasurer respectively for the next term. <<>> 5. 4th Circle Conference of AIBSNLEA MP Circle held at Bhopal on 31st July, 2015 and 01st August, 2015: The 'Open Session' of 4th Circle Conference was held at Rajiv Gandhi Auditorium NITTTR , Shyamla Hills Bhopal on 1st August 2015.The open session was inaugurated by Honorable Shri Alok Sanjar, Hon'ble Member of Parliament from Bhopal by lightning of Saraswati Jyoti & there after by Saraswati Pooja in presence of Shri G. C. Pandey CGM M.P. Circle, Shri Mahesh Shukla Sr.GM Bhopal, Shri M.F. Ansari Sr.GM Admin & HR, Shri Sandeep Sawaekar Sr.GM EB, Shri C.L. Yadav Sr.GM Opr., Shri Prahlad Rai, General Secretary AIBSNLEA, Shri C.M. Saste Organizing Secretary (West) CHQ and Shri R.P. Shahu General Secretary AIGETOA, Earlier, a two minute silence in respect of Bharat Ratan Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was observed. The hall was jam packed and was full to its capacity. After welcome of guests, leaders of Unions & Associations, the welcome speech was presented by Circle President Shri H.M. Bajpai, he welcome all the guests. He also read the Key Note address and underline the important issues at CHQ level as well as circle level. Shri Alak Sanchar Hon'ble MP, in his address stress upon more efforts & improved services by BSNL. He assured to do all his best for its betterment. Hon'ble MP also explain the necessity of sanghathan & share his experiences. Com. Parwez Khan announced that All India Vice President of ST Welfare Association had also taken the primary membership of AIBSNLEA. GS Welcome him by garlanding. Shri Rajesh Hindolia in his speech said that he has full confidence in the leadership of Com. Prahlad Rai & Com. Parwez Khan. He assured to work hard for AIBSNLEA. ACS BSNLEU Com.
