On the subject cited above, it has been brought to the notice of AIBSNLA CHQ that a highly obnoxious and very intolerable incident is happened against the womanhood of our former Branch Secretary, Circle Office Branch, AIBSNLEA, Kerala Com. V.K. Shobha, SDE (PR&C), O/o the CGMT Kerala on 01 .09.2015 (Tuesday) afternoon in the monthly Business Appraisal Meeting at the conference hall of Circle Office, Kerala. The meeting, which was chaired by the CGMT, Kerala was sabotaged by a group of strikers. They seized the conference hall, blockade all senior officers including our members and openly made very unparliamentarily words and slogans as elaborated in the petition attached. They openly harassed Com. V.K. Shobha in public in the BSNL conference hall. They heinously abused her womanhood in gang. All the officers especially our lady comrades present in the meeting were frightened by the rude and aggressive vandalism of these hooligans. It is learnt that so far no disciplinary or legal action is taken against anybody indulged in the belligerent activities. It is, therefore, humbly submitted that any kind of liberal approach in this regard is completely intolerable. AIBSNLEA will be forced to start trade union activities in this regard if delay tactics continues in carrying out disciplinary or legal action against the culprits. Inordinate delay in relieving of executives/officers under transfer to other Circles/Units- regarding. From time to time, this office has issued instructions to all the field units in connection with timely release of officers who are under transfer to other circles/units with a view to meet the staff requirement & overall to meet the business requirements of BSNL. 2. However, it has been observed that a number of executives in the grade of SDE / AGM/DE/DGM/GM who were transferred to tenure circles and other circles quite earlier on account of substitute or administrative consideration, have not yet been relieved and therefore resulting in administrative inconvenience. 3. Our kind attention is invited to this office letter number 400-111/2011-Pers.I dated 14-09-2015, whereby it was conveyed that such executives who have not been relieved by concerned circles /units despite repeated instruction shall be released through ERP directly at the level of Corporate Office itself. 4. The executives who have completed their tenure shall also be relieved immediately by making local arrangements from the available executives. Their relieving shall not be held up on the pretext of non- joining of their relievers. 5. The list of executives under transfer older than one year is under preparation & shall be uploaded in due course.
