AIBSNLEA WRITES 1. Subject: Conducting CPC for AO to CAO promotion; request to ensure implementation of the provisions of reservation for SC/ST candidates as available in BSNL - reg On the subject cited above, kindly refer to this Association letter of even number dated 12.05.2016 wherein it was requested to fill-up the vacant about 700 posts of Chief Accounts Officers at the earliest. And, we have complained that no proper steps have been taken by the Management so far in the matter of the interim order issued by the Hon'ble CAT, Chandigarh Bench in this regard as under vide OA No.060/00295/2015 & MA No 060/01324/15 dated 14.03.2016. To defend its stand further. BSNL must have been taken the necessary relief from the higher court as per the advice of Additional Solicitor General of India (ASG) which unfortunately is not taken in this case so far. Therefore, AIBSNLEA urges upon BSNL Management to ensure implementation of the provisions of reservation as well as the roaster for SC/ST candidates. An early action is anticipated please. BSNL/5- 1/SR/2016 dated 27th May 2016 wherein the management has reaffirmed that they shall take all the steps to honor the commitments made to the forum in respect of the resolution of the issues on agreed timelines. We are very much thankful to CMD and Director (HR) for taking the necessary efforts and initiating the steps for resolution of the issues. We have firm faith and belief that management shall be honoring all its commitments in regard to the timelines and settlement of the issues as annexed here with for your kind consideration please.
