In a technologically based industry like telecom all above things are pre-requisite and BNSL cannot move away from them. Therefore, I once again expect and request you to percolate this key message of Hon'ble MOC&IT to each and every officer / employee of BSNL to do their best to achieve new heights. While welcoming the participants, GM(Estt.) informed that the meeting has been convened on the instructions of Director(HR) to share the associated financial implications, modifications required in EPP and other issues involved in implementation of the recommendation of the Joint Committee. The Committee has recommended that - "The standard pay scales for JTO and equivalent grades in replacement of the pre-revised ELI pay scale may be fired at E2 level in revised scale. Similarly, those SDE and equivalent grades may be replaced from pre-revised E2A pay scale to E3 in the revised scale. Necessary changes in the EPP may be made, if required, and also the approval of DOT for issues related pension outgo, gratuity etc., may be sought by concerned wings of BSNL." 3.
