NEWS FLASH  AIBSNLEA felicitated Shri N.K. Mehta, Director (Enterprises) on assuming the high office of Director (Enterprises), BSNL Board on 09.08.2015 and assured for fullest cooperation.  BSNL Board in its meeting held on 18.09.2015 approved JTO RR-2015.  BSNL Corporate Office issued Regular Promotion orders of 58 Executives from SDE (T) to AGM/DE of Telecom Operation Stream in the IDA scale of pay of Rs. 29100-54500/- on dated 10.09.2015.  BSNL Corporate Office released the orders on 04.09.2015 regarding fixation of the pay of the officials under FR 22-1(a)(i) from the date the officials, who are the members of AIBSLEA and became eligible for pay fixation under FR 22-1(a)(i) i.e. the date from which officials are officiating in the capacity of JTO.  Restructuring of AD (OL) Cadre Committee report is under active consideration for early settlement.  DGM Look after arrangements orders in BSNL Corporate Office issued first time on 03.09.2015.  ED (NB) Chairman Committee for PPS post creation in field Units will hold Committee meeting shortly.  BSNL Corporate Office released clarifications on various points/issues related to the Executive Promotion Policy on 02.09.2015, which will paved the way to AAOs and Sr. AOs to get their first time bound promotion under EPP after completion of four years instead of five years from their AAO/Sr AO promotion before from 01.10.2004.  BSNL Corporate Office released order on 16.07.2015 regarding educational qualification for promotion to the grade of EE (Civil/Electrical) - Degree in Engineering and its equivalence in note 2 under Schedule IB of BSNL MSRR- 2009.  BSNL Corporate Office called of VC w.r.t. promotion in the grade of Architect (STS)(E4) on regular basis on 03.08.2015  BSNL Corporate Office issued order regarding requirement of APARs/ shown certificate of all working AGM/DE(T) on Regular basis for considering them for promotion to DGM(T) as per eligibility on 04.08.2015  BSNL Corporate office issued letter on 11.08.2015 regarding call of missing ACRs/APARs w.r.t. preparatory work for grade of Executive Engineer (Elect).
