The other important HR issues i.e. PPS/Sr.PPS Posts creation in BSNL, Restructuring of AD(OL) cadre, seniors are drawing less Pay than Juniors , amendment in EPP, Regularisation of offg. JTOs, notional pay fixation w.e.f 1.10.2000 to all the upgraded IDA Pay scales of JTO/SDE (C/E/Arch/TF) wings and PA cadre, E-1 +5 increments to JAOs 2013 batch, JTO(SRD) and Pas, Pay fixation of TTA to JTOs promoted as outsider quota etc. are under discussion with Director(HR) but are stuck in HR units of BSNL C.O. We expressed our concern where now the officiating JTOs who have completed training as per the new scheme are not given posting as JTOs and they are posted as TTAs. Also, requested to hold LDCE for promotion to the grade of JTO (T) at the earliest by clubbing the vacancies together as happened in the year LDCE 2013. We further requested to take early steps for filing an appeal against the interim orders of Hon’ble CAT Bench Jodhpur to get the stay order vacated. TELEWAVE Page-20 JANUARY-2016
