       	           In the FY 2013-14 there was operational loss but in the year 2014-15 there is operational profit.           At present BSNL have only Rs. 6000 crores bank loan against CAPEX wherein other telecos have huge bank           loan liability           Trend  to increase the operational profit should continue this year also           Rs 15000 Crores are being spent on salary expenditure           The maintenance and operational expenditure is being incurred from the current financial flow of Rs. 28000           Crores           GSM Phase seven expansion is taking place in North South and East zone, hence 50% to 100% expansion is           taking place. In west zone also some equipment is being diverted           On today press statement "Shape up or ship out" this was categorically denied by CMD and he mentioned that           it's a false media news which he has never occurred.           Forum core committee members gave many suggestions to improve the quality of service and to increase           subscriber the revenue of BSNL also assured fullest cooperation for betterment of BSNL. The next Forum of           BSNL Unions/ Associations meeting is fixed up on 10th December 2015.                                    MEETING WITH DoT/ BSNL OFFICERS           Meeting with Director(HR), BSNL Board on 27.01.2016: GS. FS &  OS , CHQ (AIGETOA)  met Director(HR) in the           presence of  PGM (SR), GM (Pers) and  discussed regarding  implementation of  assurances given  in response           to the  agitation  call of United Forum of AIBSNLEA &AIGETOA in the  month of  December 2015  for the           settlement of Demands.           The  main    demands    i.e.  CPSU  hierarchy  and  E2  –E3  standard  IDA  Pay  scales  for  JTO  and  SDE  equivalent           executives, 30% Superannuation benefit to BSNL recruited employees,  filling  up of the vacant Group- B STS,           JAG level posts by holding  immediate CPCs in all disciplines, creation of PPS posts in field units , restructuring           of  ADOL cadre, E-6 pay scales to DGMs promoted from group-B cadres, SDE(RR),notional pay fixation of all           upgraded pay scales  from1-10-2000,5 advance increments benefit to JTO SRD, JAO 2013 batch and PA cadre,           withdrawal of clarification on reversion of officiating JTOs while sending them to JTO phase II training and Pay           fixation   case of TTA to JTO outside quota etc.           On the issue of  CPSU hierarchy Dir (HR) after detailed discussions directed   GM (Pers) to submit the  ED(NB)           committee report by 29th January 2016 itself. As it is already delayed. She also directed GM (Pers) to hold           meting with the Executive Associations  on 1st Feb 2016  at 11.30 hrs. to discuss the matter. She also assured           to have  separate discussion on E2-E3 IDA Pay scales  implementation with GM(Estt) on committee report and           to  take final view  within two weeks' time. On 30% superannuation benefit to BSNL recruited employees, Dir           (HR) mentioned that matter is under active consideration and shortly remuneration committee of BSNL Board           will discuss the matter before BSNL Board meeting.           GM  (Pers)  apprised  that   on  the  basis  of ED(CN)  committee  report   the PPS posts  in  field  units  are  being           created    and the  proposal  is  being send  to the BSNL Management  committee  and  BSNL Board  shortly  for           approval. Similarly the committee report on ADOL cadre restructuring is under consideration and the file  has           been  send to  PGM (EF) for clearance. He assured that as soon as  clearance  from EF cell is received the           proposal  will be send to the competent authority for approval .  He also assured that E-6 pay scales to DGMs           promoted from group-B cadres and  SDE(RR) will be taken up in the next  BSNL Board meeting in the month of           Feb, 2016.           On  other  issues  ie  notional  pay  fixation  of  all  upgraded  pay  scales    from1-10-2000,5  advance  increments           benefit to JTO SRD, JAO 2013 batch and PA cadre, withdrawal of clarification on reversion of officiating JTOs           while sending them to JTO phase II training and Pay fixation   case of TTA to JTO outside quota etc. Dir (HR)           assured  to hold a separate meeting in the presence of GM (Estt) to discuss all the issues on 9th Feb,2016 with           United Forum of AIBSNLEA & AIGETOA.
